Rebecca Webb
Rebecca brings extensive knowledge of psychological theories to the role. Endorsed by a distinguished academic background, Rebecca holds an honours degree in psychology and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work.

Rebecca's commitment to excellence has been recognized through her placement among the top 10 applicants at Oxford Brookes University.
Rebecca's skill set encompasses a sound understanding of Business Administration, Child Protection, and Safeguarding.

With a passion for empowering others and fostering positive change, Rebecca is committed to driving forward initiatives that promote well-being, inclusivity, and social justice. Her collaborative spirit and innovative mindset make her a valued leader, capable of navigating complex challenges and inspiring others to reach their full potential.

Director
Allie Collins
Allie is a qualified social worker with a background of childcare. Having started and run a successful childcare business from scratch for nearly a decade, the natural academic route was a BA(Hons) in Early Childhood Studies. Through this, she discovered a vocation for social justice and holistic family working, with the child at the centre of all practice. This lead to a PGDip in Social Work.

Working in charity sector social care and Local Authority Fostering services, alongside extensive experience of working with OFSTED, lead to a sound understanding of the needs of the Local Authority and how a strong service could be run to benefit children and young people. Allie has a passion for therapeutic work, always striving for the best outcomes for children and young people.

Responsible Individual
Tim Kosmala
Tim has over 13 years of dedicated service in the field of health and social care. Bringing extensive experience from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), he has immersed himself in addressing the complexities of youth mental health issues. His journey from frontline work to leadership roles, including as a regional manager, has sharpened his skills in team management and strategic planning, offering valuable insights into organisational dynamics and the power of collaboration.
Aligned with Gratia Cura's ethos, Tim is dedicated to cultivating nurturing and therapeutic environments where every child feels safe, supported, and empowered to flourish.

Registered Manager
Sadie Dangerfield
Sadie has worked with children and young people in a variety of settings for over 30 years, working in children's hospitals and short break services, before realising her passion for the world of children's homes.
For the last 24 years Sadie has worked within the residential childcare sector, developing outstanding provisions for youngsters experiencing early years trauma.
Completing NVQ4, QCF 5 and a Foundation degree in Therapeutic Childcare has enabled Sadie to use the underpinning theory and apply it to her practice.
Sadie embedded a reflective culture into her homes and by instilling therapeutic principles, created a nurturing and supportive environment, a safe base from which children could thrive.
Leading creative and compassionate teams, Sadie has empowered team members to develop their skills, seek promotion and achieve personal goals.
An active member of sector organisations TCTC and Community of Communities, Sadie currently contributes to the quarterly children's advisory group.
Gratia Cura is the next exciting chapter in Sadie's professional journey, at a critically important time in the sector.
